I used Battens Yeovil conveyance team for a recent house purchase. Tina Tippett and Cathy Morgan were a dream to work with. They kept me in the picture at all times, answered any query I had very quickly and helped keep the stress level to a minimum. This is the second time I have used Battens for a house move (first time many years ago) and would absolutely use them again. Very highly recommended for service, efficiency and value.

Sally Manning at Battens is an absolute star. She was the one that kept her head while others were losing theirs, with her, her conveyancing team and Naomi resolving a complex situation between legal firms for a house sale involving transfer of ownership for a deceased relative. I cannot recommend her highly enough - she deals with wills, trusts, probate and estate legal administration, and I would offer her and her office more business at any opportunity I'm given, without hesitation. Thank you Sally & Battens.

Having previously used Battens for numerous house purchases and also an employment issue I recently needed the expertise once again. This time for a landlord/tenant dispute using Shaz Sarfraz from their Bath branch. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and well within the potential costs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to everyone involved at Battens.

Brian handled a share sale on my behalf and he was extremely efficient and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and he was also very patient with me asking every little question. Communication was great as Brian always responded to all emails and calls in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Sally at the Castle Cary office helped my late elderly mother deal with her affairs over a few years and she was approachable, understanding and efficient.
When my mother died Sally dealt with the administration of her estate and she was very nice, thoughtful, understanding and efficient and she made the process smooth and easy to deal with.
