I engaged this firm to provide advice relating to redundancy via a termination agreement.

Initial advice and comms was all positive, and the firm responds quickly to all matters.

However, what I did not appreciate was the unwillingness of McCabe to challenge the document proposed by my employer, which made me feel like just a number being processed.

I flagged an issue with the circumstances of my leaving my employment and the corresponding clause in the document, wanting it amended. As McCabe appeared unwilling to challenge, and I was cognisant of incurring additional fees, I negotiated the amendment myself successfully. I was then sent a terse email by McCabe telling me that I was tripling their work, and it should have come from them. This soured my experience.

I contacted Philip to help with a work termination issue, he took control of what needed to be done and sorted everything out for me, I didn't have to worry about anything as I knew it had been dealt with, I would definitely recommend him.
