Great service because of a bad situation
I was made redundant in may and required a solicitor. Rita was great, very knowledgeable about the topic and provided some great advice.

Victory
I found myself caught in a dispute with my previous employer where I was owed a considerable sum of money.
I’d never experienced employment issues before and was left to search Google for a solicitor. I had little knowledge of the legal process or what might be required, so was delighted when I finally found Rita Kochar, a solicitor specialising in employee law.
After my initial consultation with Rita, I was relieved that I had found someone who understood my position, was able to form an opinion of how this case might be handled and was able to take enough pertinent information from me to consider her opinion overnight.
When Rita called the next day, it was obvious that she had already spent some time looking at the legalities of my case and was able to explain, with examples, what her considered course of action would be.
I engaged Rita, who proceeded to initiate discussion with my previous employer and suggest ways to mitigate the situation that had arisen. She worked diligently and consistently, referring to me at every milestone in the process and informing me well before time, that another charge would soon be payable, what it was for and what the pro’s and con’s of continuing with the process would be.
I was pleased I had total trust in Rita and was able to allow her to guide me through what became a 5-month process. Due to her careful planning and a meticulous strategy, I’m please to say that Rita was able to win the case for me and secure my missing monies.

Exemplary Service
After a long career with my employer I found my position under threat due to my age.
