Fast and efficient service
I contacted Phillip with a fairly urgent need to review a document which was my own fault as I had sat on it without action longer than I should. I was expecting to have to ask for an extension to a deadline but this was not needed as Phillip was fully understanding of both me and my situation and promptly reviewed the document on my behalf two days ahead of the deadline.
