I can't fault the service I received from McCabe and Co. They really were super efficient and kept me posted from start to finish. I have since discovered that many of my colleagues, who used other solicitors to help with their severance package, were charged extra, whereas McCabe made it clear to me from the word go, that they wouldn't. And they have been true to their word.

Employment settlement

Very Helpful and kno
I had been given short notice that I needed to seek legal advice for a redundancy consultation process.
I had no idea where to start so googled, McCabe came up and although not my closest practice seemed to come highly recommended.
I emailed Philip, explained my situation, shared the relevant documentation and Philip did everything else.
My redundancy was finalised, my settlement paid and a final document was sent to confirm the process was complete.
I cannot speak highly enough, my redundancy process was far less stressful as a result of Philip's support, advice and guidance.
I don't want to be made redundant again but if I am I know where to go!

A relatively simple agreement that needed looking over . McCabe and co were instructed as a 3rd party on my behalf by my employers . Efficient appropriate advice by phone and email .

Fast and efficient service
I contacted Phillip with a fairly urgent need to review a document which was my own fault as I had sat on it without action longer than I should. I was expecting to have to ask for an extension to a deadline but this was not needed as Phillip was fully understanding of both me and my situation and promptly reviewed the document on my behalf two days ahead of the deadline. Great service and would highly recommend.
