From the first quote (which was very reasonable), the whole process was explained to us, and we were kept up to date with emails, the InTouch app, and phone calls. Would highly recommend Winston, they were amazing at communicating and explaining everything to me so I knew step by step what was going on. They kept me updated regularly and were overall very helpful, especially Sidraa. I will only use these going forward. Sidraa was super helpful throughout the whole process, she'd reply to me daily (which is very rare for some solicitors) and would call me if there was anything a little more complex to explain to me.

I instructed Winston to apply for CICA on my behalf after spending an extremely long time in the criminal justice system. I didn't want the stress of dealing with it myself, plus, I needed an out of time waiver which seemed like it might be tricky to navigate alone. Keertan and Heidi dealt with my claim and I cannot fault them. They gave me realistic and logical advice, explained any potential issues and stayed in regular contact with updates about where my claim was.
