From the first quote (which was very reasonable), the whole process was explained to us, and we were kept up to date with emails, the InTouch app, and phone calls. Would highly recommend Winston, they were amazing at communicating and explaining everything to me so I knew step by step what was going on. They kept me updated regularly and were overall very helpful, especially Sidraa. I will only use these going forward. Sidraa was super helpful throughout the whole process, she'd reply to me daily (which is very rare for some solicitors) and would call me if there was anything a little more complex to explain to me.

We had an excellent experience with our solicitors during our first house purchase in Manchester, while we were based in Sheffield and our solicitor, Leasa, was in Leeds, and it worked perfectly.
