We cannot recommend Kingswell Watts Solicitors enough, always 5 star professional service.
We have used Bashir at Kingswell Watts Solicitors since 2005 (for 18 years now) and we would not go anywhere else.
Bashir always goes above and beyond our expectations to help us out, if it's with paperwork, phone calls, emails, sales and purchases etc he is always free to support us along the way, nothing is ever too much for him.
Bashir is also very knowledgeable in his field of work and always answers our questions in great detail.

I am impressed by Saeed Adam, but super satisfied also on all his advice, dealing on my cases. Very knowledgeable, super easy to communicate to, soft spoken, genuine on what's best for me first. In my opinion he would be the BEST House Conveyancing person to appoint in the UK. He is a credit to the firm and I will always go where Saeed will be practicing. I bought a flat 6 years ago through Kingswell Watts and needed to get copies of my lease deeds as an issue has developed with the sale of one of the other flats.
Asif one of the solicitors there very kindly offered to get the physically archived documents scanned and emailed to me free of charge as well as briefly advise on how best to go about dealing with the matter as a litigant in person at a property tribunal.
I am extremely grateful for this level of informal yet immensely helpful support despite my having used his legal services so many years ago.
