Terrible firm. Please avoid
We’ve had the worst experience with the firm, and are still waiting for our issue to be resolved, even after the solicitor who was dealing with our case, Mohammed Loonat, admitted his mistake and said he would rectify it. I’m still waiting 2 months after this phone call- I have emailed him over 5 times since, and he has not had the decency to reply. He was completely unprofessional on the phone and has not since strung two sentences together to write a reply. I’ve asked for their complaint departments details 6 times, and I’ve not had a response. I have cc’d in the senior team including Anis and Justin, and no one has looked into resolving this matter. Please avoid them. I’ve been going through this headache for the past 1 and half years, and only 2 months ago Loonat said he would resolve it, but still hasnt. It has been extremely stressful, and I am failing to understand why, after the complete incompetence of Loonat, they are not wanting to resolve my issue asap. I am now seeking legal action to sue this firm. Again, please avoid them. There are multiple reviews on google saying a similar thing to me. I wish I had read these before.

In the middle of the process - constantly left in the dark
I am still in the middle of the first property purchasing. The case handler constantly ignores the emails from my financial adviser and myself with others within the company apologizing and asking the handler for an update. Whenever trying to give him a call he is 'currently unavailable'.
We've started in April. It's nearly four weeks that I didn't get any update. I have no idea what has been done so far, and what's left to do..

Kassam has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He’s been extremely thorough and hasn’t missed anything. He has kept us updated throughout the entire process and very promptly answered any of our questions. The process took only 2 months from putting an offer in, to completion. I would highly recommend Kassam to anyone moving house as he has been a great help. We were confident that everything had been done to a very high standard and couldn’t be more pleased.
