Extremely unhappy with probate and will service

Taken over 2 years for a will to be resolved and having been passed to 3 different solicitors at the company we are still waiting for the situation to be resolved, Extremely unhelpful in responding or dealing with enquires and really made too feel that e were unimportant and not a priority. Having to explain the same situation every time a new solicitor was assigned was tiresome and irritating.

josh happe promised he would follow my instructions, but lied.

maria haywood played weird frustrating psychological head games, repeatedly ignored so many questions. wannops management told me after complaining that i can't get answers , i don't have faith so i must go find another lawyer and mr brotherton lied to me some more, just weeks before trial!!. !. wannops you should be ashamed of yourselves.
maria heywood's behaviour was "childish and disappointing".
mr Chatterton hadn't taken instructions yet but on the face of it you need to act like a professional.
I'm going on holiday, do it yourself???????? huh? very professional?, hih?

We recently visited Rita Sen at Wannops LLP Bognor Regis Branch. Rita listened to our wishes and
advised us on our wills. We had draft wills sent out which my wife and i read and agreed its our wishes. We went to the office and signed our wills. We recieved very good and professional service from Rita at Wannops LLP.

I have used Wannops for several services in recent years: wills, house sales and most recently probate. They have always been professional and efficient providing a tailor made fee and response to the issue that makes for very good value. This time I dealt with Amber Bettles-Hall who understood exactly what was needed and provided the relevant advice and approach that ensured the probate for my father came through very swiftly indeed. They are very friendly and approachable whilst behaving completely professionally. I would be very happy to recommend them to friends and family.
