Agree with the comment below - Too traumatised to go into detail. Complete lack of communication. A ridiculous amount of time to taken to reply. Was left in the lurch. Ended up seeking help elsewhere.

Excellent Conveyancing Service and Advice

We used Nigel Brazier to conveyance my late mother's property. Nigel was extremely efficient, communicated clearly set a clear timetable. The house had not been registered with the land registry, and when our first buyer's solicitor insisted we should do this, Nigel provided excellent and clear advice. He then recommended a solicitor that would not be scared of first registration and when we quickly got new buyers helped drive everything through quickly. He then charged the original quote for one completed sale as the work done on the aborted sale was all reused. Thoroughly recommend.

Shambolic Service

Failed in their duty of care towards me as a new client on three cases, appalling lack of communication and professionalism, taking on too many cases, taking a ridiculous amount of time to take action as regards all three cases, causing me immense stress and anxiety unnecessarily from the minute I instructed them on the 23rd of August 2021. Failure to send me my casenotes even though I paid them vast amounts of money, pure arrogance on their behalf. I’d never recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent service

Hi, I feel Nigel takes on a lot of work and does it well. As far as I could tell he processed paperwork very efficiently once it came in and made sure all was in order before any progress could be made. I felt I could trust Nigel with my legal position. Thank you.

An excellent experience

I visited Rustington office this afternoon 12/11/2024 in order to re-write my Will. I was astounded by the knowledge of Tina Hakeem and how helpful she was. I was not clear on some matters but was put completely at ease by Tina. WELL DONE!
