Great service in a stressful situation

Wonderful to deal with Jon and his team at Arundel office. They all made what became a very stressful selling and buying process clear and smooth on my side. Everything was explained through so I understood fully all the legal jargon involved in house buying. I was confident that everything was in hand that needed to be and they were at the end on the phone for any queries or worries I had. His whole team were professional, approachable and and made you feel at ease. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else

Dealing with my Dad’s estate

I have been dealing with Yousteina Hakeem (Tina) regarding my Dad’s estate since mid December 2024.
Tina is a trainee solicitor and GWCA are acting as executors. I live in Canada.
Tina is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, concise and has great demeanor and a sense of humour. She will make a fine solicitor and it has been a total pleasure working with her.

As GWCA are my solicitors I had every confidence once again approaching them about making LPAs. From the greeting at the front desk with the Receptionist to the last visit and the conclusion of the work involved I had every respect for the advice and assistance offered. Thank you very much.

Edward Kinch and a New commercial lease

I instructed Edward on a new commercial lease which we need to wrap up in a very short time frame. Edward was very responsive to emails and phone calls and managed to get us a great deal in a short time frame. I would happily recommend Edward and GWCA to anyone looking for this service.

GWCA actions meant we had to withdraw from the property purchase
We engaged Natasha Waygood to assist with a flat purchase. The purchase took over 6 months as she didn't understand the lease and kept asking the sellers pedantic, irrelevant queries. In the end she made a report to the lenders which meant that we had to withdraw from the purchase as the lender put restrictions on the mortgage. We asked Emma Chatwell and Edward Kinch to assist Natasha but they didn't respond. We still received a large bill for their time! The service and outcome couldn't have been worse.

An excellent service with what had become a very long drawn out sales process. Efficient, helpful highly professional and very good value given the time it has taken to finally sell our retirement flat and the work they have done behind the scenes. Having dealt with other Solicitors in the past, we will definitely be using GWCA in the future and would recommend them to others.
