Excellent Service in Stressful times
Louise and Cindy have both worked tirelessly to complete on my sale and recently on my house purchase. I believe they have been working through the most stressful and unprecedented times, created by the havoc of Covid and the need for incentives from the Government by reducing stamp duty. I cannot imagine what their workload has been like, they have never allowed the pressures they have been under to affect their professionalism or performance. They were recommended to me and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Conveyancing
We have been so happy with the service from Gowen & Stevens. We dealt with Cindy from the Banstead branch and she was absolutely brilliant, very patient with me (it was my first time selling and buying so not familiar with the process) our sale involved Help to Buy so was a lot more involved than I realised but Cindy communicated everything to me brilliantly. Cindy and Louise did a great job and we will definitely be recommending to others.
