I was very overwhelmed with purchasing my first house alone and Enma and her team were nothing short of perfect. They kept me informed regularly and I never had to chase. They were proactive and explained things clearly. I never felt like anything was too much trouble.

We engaged Natasha Waygood to assist with a flat purchase. The purchase took over 6 months as she didn't understand the lease and kept asking the sellers pedantic, irrelevant queries. In the end she made a report to the lenders which meant that we had to withdraw from the purchase as the lender put restrictions on the mortgage. We asked Emma Chatwell and Edward Kinch to assist Natasha but they didn't respond. We still received a large bill for their time! The service and outcome couldn't have been worse.

We have discussed the above claims with the Senior Partner and the Chartered Legal Executive who dealt with your case. As we do for all our clients and lender clients, we acted in your best interest raising appropriate and relevant enquiries that would be made by any reputable and competent firm. We continued to pursue a resolve on your behalf until you made the decision to instead withdraw. All clients are provided with our Terms of Business at the start of a matter, which clearly states that we do charge for our time if matters go abortive.

Unacceptable response time, lack of communication, poor record keeping and unprofessional bullying tactics to extort money for non-existent services.

This client signed GWCA’s client care letter and Terms of Business thereby instructing the firm to carry out work on the clients behalf. This work was carried out and fell at the lower end of the estimate provided to the client who has refused to pay for that work. This review contains information that we believe is not a true reflection of the matter.

I visited Rustington office this afternoon 12/11/2024 in order to re-write my Will. I was astounded by the knowledge of Tina Hakeem and how helpful she was. I was not clear on some matters but was put completely at ease by Tina. WELL DONE!

This company had a duty of care to a client that was paying for them to support and help her, yet they did NOTHING to safeguard her when asked over and over, I got the police involved eventually and we have now gone with a competent law firm

Sharon, Jacqui and Debbie have been phenomenal in assisting us with our property purchase. We own a few properties and have gone through numerous transactions with other solicitors and the service received was slow and had very poor communication. I was starting to believe all solicitors were the same and had given up hope.
We were recommended GWCA from the estate agent and I have to say, I could not be happier with how everything went.
We had a bit of a time restriction for the transaction to be completed. This was not an issue for them at all. Always got paperwork through quickly, they had fantastic communication throughout the process and overall the experience was pleasant and having good solicitors made the situation much less stressful.
I aim to buy at least 1 property per year and. I can safely say, GWCA and the only solicitors that will be getting my business going forward.
