Property Sale

I am the executor of my late fathers estate which included a flat in Worthing. The sale of the property was delayed by more than a year due to delays by the probate office. Sam Madron, senior conveyancer at A R Brown, Worthing was superb in helping me sell the property. She was very responsive and prompt and technically competent in dealing with matters and patient as well. In the circumstances her charges were very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending her and her firm.

Over 3 months for a beach hut!!

During my time deal with AR Brown, I dealt with 4 different people. I was emailing the first one for 3 weeks before anyone bothered to let me know that she had left and the same thing happened with the next 2. Every step of the way had to be driven by me, which typically involved several phone calls and emails before any action was taken.

I'm completely bemused as to what they are charging me for as I ended up having to Project Manage the whole thing.

Very happy

We used Sam Madron to help us with our flat purchase. She was always very calm and patient, despite us having a few hiccups along the way. She was very good at communicating and always responded quickly. Absolutely capable and we would definitely use her again.
