The most painful time of my life - having to apply for probate after just losing my wife suddenly. I have used George Green solicitors on four or five occasions over the past twenty odd years and they have always done a great and professional job on each occasion. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Louise Axford and her team for the excellent work they did in obtaining my grant of probate on my behalf. I would strongly recommend George Green solicitors to anyone wanting sound legal advice or action. On this occasion it was not the legal stuff I will remember but the warmth, kindness and understanding shown to me which I will treasure.

We fund George Green to be a very efficient and friendly process. Our solicitor dealt with every concern and question asked, making us satisfied and gave us peace of mind. I cannot praise Louise Taylor enough for her professional and friendly approach. She gave me faith in solicitors again after a extremely poor experience with a previous solicitor. Louise has been so helpful through a very traumatic period after my partner died. I would certainly recommend her.

Definitely a David over Goliath

We instructed Adam with a very complex business issue againist a very large Company with a big name solicitors firm acting for them against us.

I can honestly say Adam is Human, Level headed and incredibly smart.

I would not hesitate to recommend him. He brings common sense to the most litigious situations, Some solicitors will drag things for a long time to keep billing. Adam on the other hand would rather work for the best outcome for a client.

I highly recommend George Green. My Solicitor, Helen, is the best solicitor I have ever had. She kept me informed, always answered my queries promptly, plus is very knowledgeable. The conveyancing all went through quickly and I really felt like the whole thing was in a very safe pair of hands. Also, all the staff I spoke with at GG were courteous and helpful. All in all, a very positive experience.

I regret choosing George Green LLP to handle my case. Despite the positive reviews I read, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Communication has been a major issue, with Gabriela Goldberg, who was assigned to my case, failing to provide regular updates. I often had to chase her after being contacted by the seller, my sister, and my partner due to her lack of responsiveness. When I did manage to speak with her, I found her to be hostile and abrupt, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult process.

I even had to escalate the matter to her manager, Emma, who acknowledged that my experience was subpar, which only added to my frustration when they dismissed my complaint. Despite choosing George Green LLP based on a friend's recommendation and the high price, the service has been severely lacking. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend George Green LLP based on my experience.

Had an absolutely Horrible experience.

I paid for a consultation and genuinely wished I'd never stepped through the door.
The solicitor was condescending. I genuinely felt attacked, even though I went there for help with a difficult situation.
The assistant wasn't bad and showed politeness, but who she was shadowing made the entire meeting uncomfortable. I felt tired and hopeless when I left.

It felt as though they were working for the other side, and clearly did not take my enquiry seriously at all. There was a lack of person-ability, compassion and inquiry into how they could help me.
There was no determination to apply the law to benefit me - only to tick boxes and follow process, even though my situation is not a standard, stereotypical one.

When visiting a solicitor, you need them to actually care about your case - or at the very least to go beyond the surface and probe into how your side can be fought. This firm is not the one to do this. Anything beyond the bare minimum seems like it is too much work.
