Super easy house purchase
My house purchase took 3 months on the nose. The entire time George Green were very helpful and organised, making it easier on my side to be organised. Lydia was very responsive and took her time to answer additional questions (as it was my first purchase, and I had less guidance).
Lydia kept me up-to-date with the progress on the seller's side as far as she was able to, and comparing my experience with purchasing a property to some of my friends also undergoing this experience, I think I had a much easier / smoother time.
I've been in the house for just over 2 months now, am very happy. Thanks Lydia!
