I had a complicated family protection trust situation as a result of my original solicitor going into administration. Thousands of clients had been left with a legal nightmare - even raised as a debate in Scottish parliament. Many others reported paying huge sums and getting into further difficulty with new solicitors who were unfamiliar with trusts. My case was resolved very effectively and reasonably.
