About 12 years ago when updating our wills, it was good but the experience was efficient but the gentleman was 'doing his job'
This time my solicitor came to my home (I am bedbound) she also was efficient but that efficiency was wrapped in a friendly patient manner.
We have to trust professional people, Miss Taylor fulfilled with her professional hat, but her care and respect made the meeting a happy one.

I cannot praise Louise Taylor enough for her professional and friendly approach. She gave me faith in solicitors again after a extremely poor experience with a previous solicitor. Louise has been so helpful through a very traumatic period after my partner died. I would certainly recommend her.
