Hannah & Jet are fab!

I'm an estate agent and I send clients to this duo, absolutely faultless. Always reply when prompted, they keep clients up to date and it saves me time chasing anything. I do recommend Hannah and Jet at the Ystradgynlais office SA9.

I have used them to sell my business and had a good experience with the SA1 office which is why I decided to use them for selling and buying a residential property too. Since I started the process my solicitors have changed two times and I have always been confused about who is dealing with me. I always experience a lack of communication and as I am in the chain the other side also mentioning have the same issue with my solicifor. I have extended my mortgage offer once and now the date of completion is just 4 days before expiry which is very stressful and still don't understand why to experience such a long delay . I personally not going to use them again.

I expected more from a solicitor. Appalling level of service. If you're happy to wait and not be able to communicate with anyone then this is exactly what you get.

First time buyers- Excellent solicitors!

Gregory George was our solicitor and as first time buyers, he made the process smooth and stress free. As a stress head myself, he was fantastic and he answered my emails pretty much instantly, always put my mind at rest and got everything done in a professional and swift manner. We are happily in our new home and this was down to the great work from Greg! Thank you so much- we are so happy and would 100% recommend!

Lucy Conway , 41 Heol Eglwys, Ystradgynlais, Swansea, SA9 1EY Office of Peter Lynn and Partners did a superb job of our conveyancing and completed the sale from start to finish in 10 days.
Very Professional and dealt with all our requests instantly.. Top class service from this company.

Avoid this firm if you ever want an update....

If I could leave 0 stars then I would. Avoid at all costs! Purchase has taken 5 months, no update for a month which seems to them acceptable. Emails never answered, calls never returned. Very rude solicitor who likes to back track on her statements.

Matrimonial matters

I turned to Peter lynn and partners after eight years of trying with another solicitors to get my divorce and financial matters organised ( with a ex spouse that would not engage)
My case was taken on by Catrin Stephens and Callum Browne. They were both excellent and got things sorted quickly and efficiently. They are both very knowledgeable and experienced in the field and also supported me during a court hearing. They were also very patient when I was having financial issues and was struggling to pay my legal fees. I will forever be grateful to them for giving me back my life. Highly recommended

Slow, unprofessional and lacks appropriate knowledge

My company and I have used Peter Lynn for some years. Conveyancing services, shareholders agreements wills. Thousands of pounds spent. Recently we instructed for a very basic house purchase. My husband is purchasing his family home. The partner Gregory George who was supposedly helping my father in law did not do any work for over 2 months despite us sending all document to him. I chased for 2 weeks to find out what was happening. Gregory George responded saying he didn't have my father in laws ID so did not do any work as per his terms. When I stated I would take my father in law to him and provide the documents, but he could have told us this weeks ago if there was a missing ID document. He became rude, actually worse than rude. He told me to pick up my documents and use another solicitor if I wanted, at no point did he apologise for taking so long. He then continued to bombard me with rude e mails, implying that we were purchasing the house illegally and avoiding money laundering checks, at no point have I refused ANY checks. My father in law was happy to come in and see the solicitor. i was shocked how rude a partner of a firm could behave. It was apparent he had become accustomed to speaking to women in a derogatory manner that he actually carried the habit through to his work. How can a partner lead a team when they speak to people like this?
Needless to say, this incident has prompted me to pull all my business from Peter Lynn. Big mistake on their part as we often purchase properties, businesses and have contract law requirements. I cannot work with a firm that does not respect and women or who cannot conduct themselves professionally .

The staff in the Ystradgynlais office, especially KD on reception, were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of our house sale. They went above and beyond to make this potentially stressful experience as easy as possible for us. Every query we made was answered quickly, providing us with the necessary information, this certainly calmed our nerves. Thank you
