Thanks Amy!

Amy assisted me and my family with various Trust, Wills and property matters. She is thorough, knowledgeable and truly seems to care. She made quite a messy scenario play out as smoothly as it could have. I am so grateful for the patience and reassurance she showed with my dad, coming up with ways to adapt to our changing family dynamic halfway through the instruction which I know wasn’t easy, even with the difficulties she was a delight. Amy is brilliant and her assistant Jan is very helpful. There was always someone there to communicate with us and answer any queries. We highly recommend and and Jan to anyone needing advice. Diolch yn fawr Amy. Dad a fi yn hapus iawn guys pethau nawr!

Purchase of Residential Property

As a first time buyer, the entire process and cost outlay was explained in detail to us by our solicitor. The possible timeline for the completion of the transaction and what might trigger delays was explained, likely findings and next steps.
The importance of a home buyer's report, covenants running on the property and securing insurance to coincide with the hand over was also pointed out. Feedback was provided timely to questions raised for the attention of the seller / seller's solicitor. It was overall a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend their services or avail myself of it again in the future.

Saskia Taylor kept me informed throughout the process, I didn't have to chase her for anything. I felt supported and looked after the whole and it was all done quicker than I could imagine. We are so happy we hose Peter Lynn to help us with the purchase of our very first home.

Disaster

We (me and wife) were first time buyers and went with PL&P. Trust me, I was a non believer but they even made me a strong believer in because that's the only option I left with.

Our seller want to urgently complete the purchase so do we but PL&P were rock solid. There was no communication at all. If you ever engage them and get a call returned, immediately cut the call and buy a national lottery, rest assured you will be the winner.

Nothing much to say "disaster" it was and the wait continues....

Antichrist(second coming) or my home purchase?? Uhmmm... not sure which gone happen first 😞?😞

First time buyers

My partner and I were first time buyers and went with PL&P through recommendation. However I am disappointed to say our experience was not a good one.
Communication was extremely poor, we had to chase them for everything. Calls were not returned and rarely would we receive a reply to our emails.
Our solicitor did not inform us of the 'Estate rent charge' associated with the property until we had seen it within a report, nothing was highlighted by them nor did they explain before hand that this would infact increase our solicitor fees by nearly double (as a result of them having to do additional work)!!! To top it all off they had given our mortgage providers the incorrect moving date. This eventually got resolved (only days before moving) after us chasing them and informing them of their mistake.
We are very disappointed with the service we have received and would not recommend.

I cannot recommend the team highly enough, and I am especially grateful for the exceptional service provided by Solicitor Gemma Hopkins. From the very start, Gemma had a great understanding of the complexities involved in our case and provided clear, practical advice every step of the way. Her professionalism, combined with a genuine sense of care, made what could have been a stressful experience so much more manageable.

Gemma's attention to detail, prompt communication, and ability to explain complex legal matters in simple terms truly set her apart. She was always available to answer questions, often anticipating concerns before we even raised them. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, we achieved a successful outcome that exceeded our expectations.

If you’re looking for a solicitor who is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and client-focused, I wholeheartedly recommend Gemma Hopkins. I am appreciative of her hard work and commitment and will certainly turn to her for any future legal needs. Thanks Gemma and all at Peter Lynn & Partners.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the outstanding work Peter Lyn & Partners in Morriston have done in assisting with my sons first home purchased. In particular, Caesar Adere and Rhys Thomas were so proactive through the whole process making the experience smooth and very comfortable for my son when he expected it to be stressful and scary, always keeping us in the loop with the different stages .
Rhys was always available to speak with us and with his efficiency we were able to move the process on smoothly.
I would highly recommend these professionals to deal with any of your conveyancing needs and I will be using them again in the near future.
You wont find yourselves in safer hands than with these professionals.

Thank you again for your excellent service.
