Amy assisted me and my family with various Trust, Wills and property matters. She is thorough, knowledgeable and truly seems to care. She made quite a messy scenario play out as smoothly as it could have. I am so grateful for the patience and reassurance she showed with my dad, coming up with ways to adapt to our changing family dynamic halfway through the instruction which I know wasn’t easy, even with the difficulties she was a delight. As a first time buyer, the entire process and cost outlay was explained in detail to us by our solicitor. The possible timeline for the completion of the transaction and what might trigger delays was explained, likely findings and next steps.
The importance of a home buyer's report, covenants running on the property and securing insurance to coincide with the hand over was also pointed out. Feedback was provided timely to questions raised for the attention of the seller / seller's solicitor. It was overall a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend their services or avail myself of it again in the future.
