Excellent Professional Service

We recently sold a property in Swansea due to bereavement and were very fortunate to use the services of Peter Lynn & Partners at Walter Road, Swansea. Mr Richard Emerson Thomas dealt with the matter as indeed he had dealt with matters for our parents over the years. He was exceptional, always very pleasant and understanding and kept us updated on every aspect of the sale throughout the process including applying for probate and to the selling of the property. We could not have chosen a more experienced and caring professional to deal with the family at such a sad and difficult time.

Avoid at all costs

Terrible service , lack of confidentiality , constant silly mistakes being made . When I complained I was basically fobbed off with a rude response . Once they have your money after care does not exist! Not worth your time or money !!

Flat sale

Richard and his colleagues provided a reliable and efficient service. We had several set backs and withdrawals of sale on the property we were selling. Richard provided advice and guidance during this time which enabled us to continue to move forward and eventually sell the property.
Richard was professional but very approachable and understanding of our needs. We were updated at regular intervals and had direct contact Richard which we found helpful.

Cost of representation

I contacted Peter Lynn & Partners to make a defence against a well known "illegal outfit".
I was appointed Jonathan Shefford.
To defend me cost over 7k. I could have paid the "illegal outfit" just 3k.
Have to wonder if he actually had my best interests "at heart".
In fact, I was so put off by this clear failure that when I encountered a similar experience years later I decided to defend myself, and lost! My fault but I'd lost all confidence in solicitors!

Thanks Amy!

Amy assisted me and my family with various Trust, Wills and property matters. She is thorough, knowledgeable and truly seems to care. She made quite a messy scenario play out as smoothly as it could have. I am so grateful for the patience and reassurance she showed with my dad, coming up with ways to adapt to our changing family dynamic halfway through the instruction which I know wasn’t easy, even with the difficulties she was a delight. Amy is brilliant and her assistant Jan is very helpful. There was always someone there to communicate with us and answer any queries. We highly recommend and and Jan to anyone needing advice. Diolch yn fawr Amy. Dad a fi yn hapus iawn guys pethau nawr!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Saskia Taylor for my property conveyancing, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From our first consultation, Saskia was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in ensuring a smooth process. She took the time to explain every step clearly, answering all my questions with patience and detail.

Her attention to detail and proactive approach made a significant difference, catching potential issues before they arose and ensuring a timely completion. Communication was excellent; I was always kept informed and felt supported throughout the entire transaction.

Saskia's expertise and dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel effortless. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone in need of a conveyancing solicitor. Thank you, Saskia, for your outstanding work!

Both Ian and Lyla couldn’t do enough for us despite the challenges with the seller throughout the whole process. They were on the ball and always keeping us up to date. Their persistence with pushing for a completion which they did we are thankful for. It seemed never ending but no fault of Ian/Lyla. Thank you so much both.
