Good but room for improvement

Mostly a positive experience except for:

Solicitor sometimes difficult to get hold of
Sometimes the phone went unanswered and I would have to call back later
Closing the company between 1pm and 2pm for lunch is inconvenient and is surprising in this day and age
Holidays not covered - everything stops when the Solicitor goes on holiday instead of it being handed over to a colleague to deal with during the holiday period

Excellent Service, highly recommend!

Big thank you to Cheryl & Caroline at LDJ solicitors. We used you back in 2019 for our first house purchase and again in September 2024, wouldn’t go anywhere else. These ladies are incredible, they work so hard and we cannot thank them both enough for all of their hard work!! You’ve made mine and my families dreams come true and we are in our new home for Christmas. Thorough communication, easy to speak too and so helpful! You both are a credit to LDJ firm.
