She also has extensive experience advising individuals who have received a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or Dementia and their families upon legal issues arising from their condition including Protecting Assets, Power of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Deputy. Lorna graduated from Aberystwyth University in 1993 and undertook her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and is a full professional member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
