Complex Client Needs Supported with Empathy and Professionalism.

LDJ Solicitors were recommended to our charity and I cant over state how beneficial it has been to have your company advocating on behalf of our service user. It was a huge relief when we found out you were able to represent our client.

The support Jenny Varnish has provided has been outstanding, she is a commensurate professional, that not only understands housing legislation, but she was able to quickly tune in to the individual needs of our client.

Jenny is very approachable and highly responsive, communications between us were extremely timely, information and updates that she provided were clear and easy to understand, nothing was too much trouble for her.

We are very grateful for the undertakings of LDJ during this case and our client was delighted by the outcome, they were extremely emotional when we informed them of the positive result and in the service users words..

Use this firm to make a painful employment matter legally painless

From the moment I contacted LDJ I got a five star service from both Danielle and Amy! Clear communication, professional - but friendly, efficient - but not brusque, empathetic, knowledgeable, asked insightful questions, emphasised salient points. In my experience it's rare to find talented experienced solicitors who give clear, practical advice, and who have great people skills as well - but that's what I found here. Documentation was reviewed and turned around promptly by Amy and Danielle. I'd use this firm again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
