Sale of house
I would just like to say how professional and efficient LDJ were at dealing with my house sale. They were very speedy with their process and communications. Always available to answer any questions. Very satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Excellent Solicitor
James took over our house sale/purchase case, after the departure of another solicitor. He made sure he was up to speed on what was a very complex case before even making initial contact with us both, which gave us good confidence that our case was being handled well. James was very quick to respond to any emails and calls, and always explained things very clearly. He was polite and transparent throughout, managing our expectations well. Thank you James!

Excellent job at Lanyon Bowdler
It was very lucky that I had the experienced James Jones helping me with my house purchase. He spotted problems with my first choice and avoided me becoming lumbered with massive problems. He then helped me purchase my second choice with a professionalism that calmed the nerves.
