Excellent Solicitor
James took over our house sale/purchase case, after the departure of another solicitor. He made sure he was up to speed on what was a very complex case before even making initial contact with us both, which gave us good confidence that our case was being handled well. James was very quick to respond to any emails and calls, and always explained things very clearly. He was polite and transparent throughout, managing our expectations well. Thank you James!

Excellent job at Lanyon Bowdler
It was very lucky that I had the experienced James Jones helping me with my house purchase. He spotted problems with my first choice and avoided me becoming lumbered with massive problems. He then helped me purchase my second choice with a professionalism that calmed the nerves. He was polite and courteous throughout and I would highly recommend Lanyon Bowdler to anyone else buying or selling.

Easy simple sale process
The whole process from start to finish was simple and proceeded quickly. All emails and letters were issued/send promptly and kept me informed at all stages. James also kept me informed about the buyers position to proceed at all times and the sale proceeded in a quick time. Completion took place when I was out of the country and James ensured the necessary paperwork was completed prior to my departure. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using the services again.

House Conveyancing
I had an excellent experience with James at Lanyon Bowdler. They were totally professional in every aspect of the procedure. My buyers were not the best and quite difficult at times. James dealt with them in a cool and most professional manner whilst having to push them every step of the way. He kept me up to date as to what was happening and when. I would 100% recommend Lanyon Bowdler.
