Outstanding! Great value for money!

From start to finish Amanda was just fantastic! Always happy to take time for a call and make simple the complex labyrinth of conveyancing. Very through and meticulous, always highlighting the important things we needed to consider. Fantasy value for money too! Highly recommended, will definitely use again!

Best Solicitors in Town

I have just completed on my property today, all thanks to Rizwan from Harold Bell Infields and Co. Not only did I receive the most excellent and speedy process (completing in 5 weeks), but also, the amount of emotional support, advice, guidance that I received from Rizwan was well above and beyond what I could have ever asked for. He supported me through the pressure, reassured me where needed, he really did go above and beyond!!! The best decision I made for this sale was to use Rizwan - he was truly wonderful! He made this happen and he made it happen fast. Absolutely 5 star review from me!!!!

Highly recommended

Our family used Ms Pam Dhillon and her team for help with wills and power of attorney. She and her team were patient, thoughtful, thorough, and ensured that complexities were explained and ironed out. They are not the nearest law firm to us by distance or travel time, but the journey to them was worth it for the quality of the support we received

Disappointing experience

This company was supporting our seller, who pooled out on the day of simultaneous exchange and completion. Mr. Malcolm Bell and Laura Wickies confirmed readiness of the seller to exchange and complete just 2 days before the agreed date. However one date before the completion date, we are getting message from the seller's estate agent that the seller wants to delay completion and then later on that day that he is withdrawing.

When my solicitors and myself tried to contact Mr. Bell, we were ignored for days and eventually received a very rude and careless emails stating that they dont understand why it is so vital to complete on that particular date (despite the fact that this date was discussed and agreed weeks before) and then when everything eventually collapsed I was told not contact them at all.

We were all packed and ready on the agreed day and paid for man and van as well as made all the required arrangements for completion including getting mortgage paid to my solicitors account. If this company would do their job appropriately, we would at least new couple of days prior to this disaster that it is not going to work out. They were very careless and rude in their communication. They contactend me directly on several occasions when they needed, but when I asked them a question I was told that I can only operate through my solicitors.

Emails I received from Mr. Bell were rude, unprofessional and careless.

4 months process fell apart and the significance of impact on me and my family was much higher due to this company.

High charges

Used this firm and very disappointed as their solicitor charges us triple at the end of the case compare to what he originally quoted us. When they got their hands on the cash, price suddenly changed. Never ever will use them.
