The initial contact was good followed by confusion and hugh anxiety. I was unable to contact anybody and left numerous messages, emails and messages with reception. This was a difficult period of time and worsened by the lack of responsiveness from Carter Bells. Also, being told I was a PEP was more than unhelpful. You need some kind of orientation process for new clients. You can not assume they are familiar with dealing with law firms.

Anneka at Carter Bells provided an outstanding service. There was clear communication and updates throughout the progress of our sale, she was very friendly and went above and beyond to help ensure tasks were completed adequately and in a timely manner. I've never had a better experience with the legal side of buying/selling a property.
