Anneka was great, very personable, knowledgeable, gave her legal advice in a very clear and easy to understand way. There were multiple issues in the process which I always felt Anneka was on top of. She gave good advice.

I was conscious when starting the process that everyone is always willing to recommend a surveyor or a mortgage advisor but rarely a solicitor. This has not been my experience with Anneka, and will be recommending her to friends.

David Carr dealt with my case (his name isn't listed in the list above). I was very happy with the advice and work David gave. It was timely, supportive and effective. I found it easy to talk to him about the matter and would be very happy to recommend him.

A positive experience. We have now used Richard Bland for 2 house moves and find him to be extremely thorough and efficient solicitor, we couldn't fault him and have recommended him. All at Carter Bells were friendly and helpful whenever we had contact.
