Gowsigan Gnanakumaran was amazing



I’d like to say that rose and rose where absolutely amazing, very professional and polite. Always willing to help. You will always feel like they are never too busy for you, which is a blessing. I’d like to give a special mention to gowsigan, he handled my case with care. Most importantly I felt like he wanted to help! Very easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend him.

The barrister that was advised by Gowsigan was also great in fay baker. Always wants best for her clients. An definitely good at what she does!

Slow, costly and inefficient.

Asked Rose and Rose to undertake two pieces of work me and found that the responses i had were slow and frequently had to chase up many times to get what i originally asked. There was a handover which i was not told or aware of and the person picking up the work had not been consulted or aware of my needs. This lead to more delays. Yes the work was completed but would not recommend their services.

Excellent service from Nikhil Amin

We received excellent service from Nikhil Amin and his assistant Lisa Hare. They were both efficient and responsive. Communication was excellent. Besides being highly professional, they were also friendly and approachable. My daughter had used Nik for 5 previous property transactions before this one. I am now working with Nik on another. Hence this is the 7th time we are working with Nik - repeat business is the best recommendation.

Excellent

I recently sold a property that was a grade 2 listed building so lots of certificates were needed.
it took over 7 months and was quite stressful as the buyers solicitors did not move with any speed.
However Ashraf Islam and his team did a great job and we finally got there.
I would totally recommend Rose & Rose to anyone, in fact I am selling another property and will be using Rose & Rose again.

Very happy and successful experience working with the brilliant Nikhil & Lisa at Rose & Rose !
Nikhil’s calm approach and advice, during the process of selling our London home, was not only helpful but invaluable as we were based in Australia. They made it easy and stress free from beginning to end.
