Great service through a challenging situation.
Despite the many complexities of purchasing a house from an Estate, Morr&Co managed all aspects faultlessly.

Speedy and thorough work by Laura and her team
We can't thank Laura and Joe enough for helping us secure our new home purchase. Ours was a unique situation which required both a thorough undertaking but also a speedy turnaround, which Laura was able to balance perfectly for us. Any questions we had were answered professionally but also in a way first-time buyers wouldn't feel overwhelmed by. Superb, personal, and efficient house conveyancing service
I have owned 8 houses in my lifetime so far and this was the sale of my mother's home following her passing away. I sought multiple quotes for the service and shortlisted it to 2 firms. I spoke to Laura Bentley and felt very reassured by her responses to my questions. Whilst Morr & Co were not the least expensive, I felt their charges were fair and I have been enormously impressed by the service provided. Laura responded rapidly to every question or request we had and managed the whole process without any problems. The final invoice was exactly as had been quoted at the outset and I would have no hesitation in using Morr & Co (and specifically Laura Bentley) in the future.

Laura dealt with the sale of my existing house and purchase of my new one and was excellent throughout the while process. Our buyers solicitors were really slow at responding but Laura's persistence meant we completed on time. Highly recommended.
