Solicitor - Senior Associate Solicitor

Marian joined Morr & Co in May 2024 as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Private Client team. Having worked within law for over 10 years and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2018, Marian has built up a wealth of experience assisting clients plan for their future. She was recognised as a “Key Lawyer” in Legal 500 2023. Marian provides a technical service in a friendly and approachable manner. Specifically, Marian advises in the review and drafting of Wills, providing Inheritance Tax advice, preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of estates (both Probate and Intestacy) and the creation, general administration and wind up of Trusts. She has advised clients with complex family circumstances including advice in relation to vulnerable people, high net worth complex assets, including matters with a foreign element. Marian has experience working with financial advisors to provide clients with a holistic service. Marian has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since September 2021, becoming a full TEP member of STEP in 2024.
