Francesca Wild has been absolutely outstanding in her role as a Senior Associate Solicitor at Morr & Co LLP. She guided me through reviewing and understanding complex clauses in my termination agreement with remarkable clarity and patience.

As a migrant, some of the terms initially felt overwhelming, but Francesca was incredible in explaining everything thoroughly and ensuring I felt comfortable asking questions. Her encouragement and expertise in negotiating my termination agreement were invaluable, and thanks to her, we reached a friendly and fair resolution with the company.

I intially spoke to Amardeep who fiited me in at short notice and allocated my case to Mel.

On the meeting day they were efficient and he explained everything and I was happy with the advice I was given.

Great Help, Valued Expertise

I had to enlist legal representation for redundancy proceedings at my job and was recommended reaching out to Francesca. I had never been through this before and she was very clear and informative and laid out all the circumstances and options available to me.
I felt very comfortable and secure working with the team and communication was very prompt and efficient. Even when Francesca had to take some time off amidst the process, she still made sure that I was in the best place to proceed in her absence.
I hope to not need to be in a situation where I need legal action in regards to employment again, but I will be getting in touch with Francesca and the team right away if I do.
