I contacted Wheelers LLP when I was dismissed by my employer, as well as 2 other law firms. I chose Wheelers because of Mel McCrum. He was the only one of the 3 law firms I spoke with who was prepared to spend time with me on the phone, understanding my situation and explaining how he could help me, before I committed to a face-to-face meeting, at which point fees would be incurred. I was also looking for an Employment solicitor who was experienced in handling IT sales management situations and understood the intricacies of commission plans, quarterly targets and other metrics by which a VP of Sales is measured. Mel was clearly very knowledgeable in this area as was demonstrated over a 2 month period by his shrewd and skilful approach to the negotiation. I regard my decision to select Mel as my employment solicitor to have been a very wise and lucrative choice. I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation with their employer.

Advice given for a redundancy settlement contract
I intially spoke to Amardeep who fiited me in at short notice and allocated my case to Mel.

First class service
My current dealings with Morr and Co, have been first class.
They certainly have a mantra for serving their customers in an informative and friendly method.
Initially I dealt with a kind gentleman called Mel McCrum, who guided me over the process I would be following, which was truly clear.
In the modern world, it was great to see the use of technology for meetings and validation, both of which were seamless.
My main dealings were with person call Emma McLoughlin, who took time to explain a legal document I had to sign, this was all done in a very friendly and professional method. Emma certainly is an expert in her Legal field and treated me with a great deal of humility and respect, quite an attribute I would say in our modern world. Thank you very much Emma.
