Every time, without question, Rachel and her team have acted quickly, effectively and professionally. Equally and if not more importantly I have felt Rachel always has my best interests in mind, and ensures I am clear of everything I need to consider as I am going through the process of a property purchase.

Rachel and her team worked tirelessly to make our house sales and purchases as stress free as possible. I cannot recommend them enough. Rachel was on hand to deal with everything efficiently and effectively and nothing was too much trouble. She put us at ease throughout the whole process and communicated everything clearly and concisely. I wish I could rate more than five stars!!

I needed an independent solicitor to witness and sign a document, tried at least 5 local solicitors they were not interested, I explained I could not use my own solicitor because of conflict of interest.
Wooliscrofts were understanding and very professional, I cannot thank them enough.
