Let Down by the Administration

This firm were very professional with the legal part of the transaction and if I were only reviewing that they would be 5 star.
They are let down by poor administration. We hare getting continuous invoices despite paying for the main service and some of the items we are still getting invoiced for. They are now way over their quote and are giving few details as to what they are actually charging for. They seem to think if they keep sending small invoices you will just pay up.
