Deposit protection scheme case review
Although this case took some time in resolving (primarily due to external factors such as COVID related delays, and the foreign residency of the landlord) it reached a highly satisfactory conclusion. Throughout the process Clark and the team maintained the highest standards of professionalism and communication, and I would very much recommend Represent Law to anyone facing landlord related or other legal issues.

Very good experience
We contacted Represent Law after our landlord refused to return our deposit. We had tried other firms before but they were either not interested (it was quite a complex case as the landlord lived abroad and the estate agent we'd rented through closed suddenly) or just seemed large and faceless. We found that Clark and Martin were very approachable and happy to explain things over the phone when necessary. They obviously also knew the area of tenant/landlord law well and knew how to combat the various obstructions we faced (i.e., they were happy to serve notice by email, weren't concerned by any of the issues with the landlord living in another country and dealt well with the counterclaim). They basically took on the case and really left us having to do very little ourselves. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent solicitors! Highly recommend.
Had an issue with my landlord not returning my deposit. Not only did they help get my deposit back, they helped get extra. Very professional team and very good communication on their behalf, all questions explained . They also have great legal knowledge, definitely would recommend as I am very pleased with the result.

Amazing experience with 0% stress
About two months ago i was really upset with my tenancy deposit i searched different services to solve my deposit claim i found represnt Law with no win no fees i was facing issues since my tenancy end they just help me out getting my claim and i was amazed by their service they give very cooperative they understood my issue and solve in eye blink and i won claim against my landlady i totally recommend them they are trust worthy.
