Very good conveyance in difficult circumstances

On a personal recommendation, after checking reviews, I engaged Sophie Ellis at Beswick's to conduct a conveyance after auctioning a property where I was executor.

It was difficult because there was little time for pack preparation before the auction and time for completion was twenty working days, Xmas fell in the middle and the buyer or rather [IMHO] their "two-bit" solicitors were not switched on.

Nevertheless Sophie got all the paperwork sorted, in time, chased the other side for documentation despite repeated non-response and managed to get it over the line just a couple of days after the scheduled date. Communicaiton was good throughout and although most conveyances will not be as fraught as this, I have no hesitation in making a strong recommendation. Fees were reasonable too for the level of service provided.
