Very efficient service, got me a result that exceeded my expectations. straight to the point, no pushy sales, no 'value added' pitch, just what I needed and really nice to do business with.

Laura Franklin recently helped me with an employment matter and was exceptional throughout. Her communication was first rate, her empathy much appreciated, and most of all her professional advice in a very challenging situation was exemplary. Finally she then went the extra mile post formally closing the engagement, which not only human rather than corporate, has guaranteed I will come back for my future needs without question.
