I used Beswicks some years ago for conveyancing transactions, the communication and advice was good then.
Some years later I returned to the corporate law department for support with a business purchase and ongoing legal support. The communication at Beswicks is excellent and their ability to crossover multiple specialist sectors was vital for the transaction I was involved with.
There's a lot of great people I have encountered at Beswicks but a special mention has to go out to David Morgan. During a hectic and stressful period, I felt I was David's only client and he was always available at the end of the phone. Following the transaction he was there to advise and assist with all aspects of the business and he has my utmost trust.
Beswicks are not the cheapest and will not be for everyone. However for me, where I value speed, communication, quality of advice and trusting those operating in my interest, they are the perfect fit.

A Very Pleasant Experience Working with Tinsdills
Having worked with Tinsdills for two years now on various commercial legal matters, I found them to be excellent in the professional and timely manner they have dealt with a number of ad hoc legal services we have required.
The quality of their advice and drafting of agreements has been first class. After initially working with Tinsdills from our UK office, some of our other overseas offices also have engaged Tinsdills on various investment and corporate legal projects due to the quality of service they have provided.

Brilliant Solicitors
We have used Tinsdills for a number of years for matters including shareholders agreements, contracts for services, contracts of employment, HR advice, internal policies and compliance, terms and conditions and also other personal matters.

A conveyancing with complications
The conveyancing of the old infants school to a charitable community trust to become the Community hub for the area proved more complicated than expected.

Purchase of Buy to Let property.
Very happy with the two solicitors I dealt with at the Sandbach office. Legal fees on budget, disbursements under budget. I have used them again.
