Terry and Wake-Smith Solicitors helped me during my fight for compensation against an NHS Trust for a cancer misdiagnosis case, which we successfully won.
Throughout this difficult time Terry was always considerate to the effects this case had on me personally and that of my family.
He was able to call upon other eminent professionals to help add additional strength and breadth to the case where needed, and was well respected within the profession.
I would have no doubt whatsoever in recommending him and Wake-Smith to anyone looking to fight a clinical negligence case.

Lindsey Canning and Victoria Walker have been amazing in sorting out a very tricky situation with my mortgage and my ex husband who was being rather difficult!
