Fantastic customer service

I had a couple of things which I wanted to sort out.
I arranged a home visit service due to mobility issues. Jennifer couldn’t have been more professional or empathetic with every aspect of my case.
Fantastic service, everything was made as easy as possible.

A recommendation that proved well worth it

We were recommended Wake Smith by a friend who had used their conveyancing services recently. He spoke very highly of their professionalism, thoroughness and excellent value for money. As it turned out he was right on all 3. We had excellent service from start to finish, with our house sale completed in 3 months. Bonita and her team delivered in all areas. The on-line registration system was easy to navigate and a positive start to our experience. Clear, regular and timely communications, via both email and telephone meant we were fully appraised of where things were throughout the process. Advice was offered when asked for and our instructions followed when given. Being able to speak to people in the team when necessary was a real plus for us, in what can be, and often is, a stressful and challenging time, Based on our experience, we couldn't recommend Wake Smith highly enough.

Lindsey Canning and Victoria Walker have been amazing in sorting out a very tricky situation with my mortgage and my ex husband who was being rather difficult! Without them I would not be in the position I am today of having the situation sorted! Lindsey is so professional and kept me up to-date with every step of the process. Having tried to get this sorted several times in the past and not been able to it has been a massive relief that this has finally Bern solved!
