Very Happy Customer
Wake Smith was recommended by a colleague, as I had been complaining about the quote from a local conveyance solicitor. She explained there’s no requirement to use a local firm and to try the remote company she had used. I got in touch and Wake Smith gave a realistic quote and we started the process.
Anne, Lisa and team were brilliant from the get-go, with detailing my requirements and what to expect at each stage. Communication was exceptional, including phone calls when needed.
I would use Wake Smith again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in turn. Top marks!!
