I just want to say a massive and huge thank you to Amanda and Daisy on the conveyancing team. My house sale was particularly complicated and lengthy. Nothing was too much trouble for Amanda and Daisy and they worked really hard to get my sale through for me. They were both on the other end of the phone to me 24/7 and answered my e-mails usually within half an hour of sending them; which is unheard of! I would recommend them to any of my friends and family as the job they did was top notch. The process of the sale was stressful but without Amanda and Daisy I am not sure i would have got through it! Again thank you ladies you were fabulous.

The complete process of selling took longer than we thought but this appears to be down to the buyers and their team and nothing to do with Wake Smith who went above and beyond to complete the sale.
Overall we are pleased how Wake Smith conducted themselves and are happy to recommend them.

I was recommended wake smith from my estate agents - having got 3 quotes they were in the middle but only 30 more expensive.

As soon as I went with them the process was so slick - passport approval / bit of payment on account and we went. From us getting accepted on the 16 June we were moved (in a chain of 7 on the 2nd October.

Communication was great ; everything was progressed at lightening speed and we were actually ready to go end of August. Due to various reasons within the chain original move in date was missed - I believe if I had these issues wake smith would have progressed us more quickly and not set the chain back 3 weeks.

A colleague that gave me the firm that was 30 cheaper sold in February and has not moved yet… reason his solicitors sent off some property queries on 5th July - other solicitors didn’t address and they didn’t chase and not resolved in October - it’s a small chain but all mortgages have ran out and they are no nearer! Best 30 I ever spent avoiding these!
