Excellent Conveyancing Service

I used Russel Baughan and his Team for my house purchase which completed in December. The customer service was excellent, every email was acknowledged (and I emailed a lot) and dealt with, they did all they could to ensure the process was as fast and efficient as it could be.
I had previously had a bad experience prior to this and had completely lost faith in solicitors/estate agents and mortgage advisors Dickinson Wood restored my faith in the system and confirmed things can get done in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend their conveyancing service and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

There are not enough stars to convey how professional and dedicated Russell has been. Our process has been complicated by our buyer's solicitor and in spite of their miscommunication, no communication and outright wrongs. There is not a stone that Russell has left unturned in this process. He has fought tirelessly against all odds and refused to give up even when it felt like banging your head against a brick wall. He has communicated at every stage regardless of how busy he has been. Everyone needs Russell on their conveyancing because he actually cares. He sees the human side of the modern day conveyancing. Thank you Russell and your team.

Always excellent

Russell and his team are amazing, they helped me with my very first property purchase almost 7 years ago now they are helping process the sale.

They are extremely professional, answer all my questions, get things done quickly and always respond and keep me updated and pricing of work always seems fair.

I can’t fault this firm, I really do appreciate how smoothly they make the process run.

I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to my friends and family.
