Excellent service

We have recently moved house and used CJCH solicitors in Bridgend to manage the sale of our previous home and purchase of our current property. Rebecca May was our solicitor and we could not fault her, she was absolutely brilliant in keeping us informed of everything as it progressed. If I needed to ring her for anything and she was not available at that time I would always be able to speak to Jazmine her secretary who was also extremely efficient and Rebecca would ring me back, always on the same day to check if my query had her. Resolved. I cannot recommend CJCH Solicitors in Bridgend highly enough and would without a doubt use them for anything we need in the future.

Complaint

I am not a client but I’m acting for myself and the applicant is using your firm in Blackwood, they fail to respond to me and in December 19 I was taken back to court with no notice where a statement was made by a solicitor lying committing purgery in court advising I contacted him and made a statement stating I wouldn’t pay court costs, which was untrue as he’d already received an email and had confirmation from the solicitor Watkins and Gunn. The judge through the injunction application out, your firm tried to lie made false statements in order to obtain 9 k court costs from me, the court costs seem to increase monthly yet the barrister advised me they were 22 k no more, yet they are now 28 k and an application for a further 2 k were requested. I am constantly bullied by this firm emailed and contacted asked time time again if I’m paying the court costs even though the judge to safeguard me advised a penal notice would be sufficient to stop any questioning. I am in the process of selling my property to pay this costs but due to storm damage a retaining wall has fallen I cannot sell at the price and I have no funds to pay for the wall, yet you refuse to answer me I’ve contacted the solicitor regulatory authority and the courts ombudsman, someone needs to respond to me .
Please do not send this case back to Blackwood office
