Sarah and Veronika have been the dream team for our purchase and sale. Despite difficulties with other conveyancers on either side of our chain, they have worked really hard to help push this through and have always been avaliable to our constant queries and have always dealt with us in a professional and friendly manner. We cannot thank them enough for their help throughout our journey to our new home. I would highly recommend.

I was delighted with the service and advice, but the price I paid was revised upward several times following my initial quote.

The service I received throughout my conveyancing journey has been impeccable. I found the firm extremely approachable and attentive to all my queries, always receiving prompt responses.
My solicitor Sarah Evans and her assistant Holly Reynolds were really easy to deal with and extremely fast and efficient in her responses to my queries throughout. I was in an unusual situation as my lender had their own solicitors, whereas normally Sarah would have represented them as well on dual-representation basis. This meant Sarah had to respond to their queries as well as everything else, and the fact that the third-party solicitors were completely incompetent didn't help, almost causing the transaction to fail. However, in the end we were able to switch to dual-rep and Sarah was able to exchange within the deadline set by the developers for the new build.

A journey
