She made me feel comfortable about the sale/ purchase and took most of my stress away dealing with my case . We have used Holly & Steer for a number of purchases, not all of which came to fruition for various reasons. However, through each and every process, Kim was patient, attentive and professional throughout and we did eventually complete on a property with Kim's support. Superb service!
