Lyons Bowe were excellent looking after the sale of my property
Throughout the process, the team at Lyons Bowe kept us informed. We could also stay updated using the app which was more convenient than dealing with endless paper forms. The team were always available via phone or email with quick response times. I would highly recommend!

Good service.
So far we have had good communication from Lyons Bowe. The app is mostly working and showing our progress through conveyancing. We haven’t had communication from our solicitor yet despite being told they would contact us within a certain time frame. Overall I’d recommend Lyons Bowe but there are areas for improvement.

Fast & efficient
So far Lyons Bowe have been amazing. This is the 4th time we've bought and sold houses and by far they've been the best solicitors we've used! The app makes things so clear and it's easy to use, love that you can see updates right away and that you can see exactly what's been done, where you are in the process and what's still outstanding.
The teams are efficient and transparent, as soon as there's update you know about it! They are reachable and friendly. Would 100% recommend them.

Conscientious, efficient and effective service.
I cannot speak highly enough of Ella and Cassandra Davis who managed the sale of my property.
They both responded promptly and courteously to queries, were knowledgeable and reassuring. Despite various frustrations due to the buyers’ solicitors lack of communication and delays, I was kept informed of progress and felt confident that the sale of my property was in safe hands. Streamlined and good service
I have been very impressed with how fast Lyons Bowe are acting, often chasing me to hurry up rather than the other way around, making them very proactive. Communication has been brilliant, with someone contacting me at each stage. The service is very streamlined and leaves you feeling as though you are in good hands.
