We have used Miller Hendry for years, having sold 2 house of our own as well as having them draw up our wills. However when it came to selling my Dads house, which was at the lower value end, the service was not as good as we had experienced previously. The schedule was poor and photographs substandard, so much so we took better ones which we asked to be added to the schedule. They were very uncommunicative about who was viewing and when. The main point was that the set of keys we had provided went missing after they were posted to the buyers surveyor, we then had to go get a new set made. the fault according to your staff was with the buyers surveyors having assured us the keys were in the envelope, but surely the keys shouldn't have been posted in the first place. We are planning on selling our house but not with Miller Hendry, really sorry as we have always had great service in the past.

The whole experience of the sale from initial contact with the estate agency to the conclusion was taken care of seamlessly. I found everyone to be easy to talk to and they did what they said they would in a timely manner. I always felt supported.
