Alistair is Head of Commercial Department and works out of both the firm’s Dundee and Perth offices. Joining Miller Hendry in 2004 and becoming a Partner in 2009, Alistair works with clients on commercial property matters including developments, leases, bank security work and property investment and farms, forestry and estates. After graduating from the University of Dundee, Alistair trained in Edinburgh specialising in commercial and rural property going on to act for a number of plc’s and Highland estates. Alistair is currently an External Examiner for the Conveyancing module at Dundee University on the Diploma in Legal Practice.
