Excellent service

After a poor experience with an on line firm I was pleasantly surprised by the completely opposite experience with Franklin's. Kris Raca's team especially Lauren Collins have been helpful, available and commumicative throughout the whole process. Each time I phoned I got through to a person who was able to respond to all my queries. I could not ask for more.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Have already recommended Lee Holmes to others - three have made contact with Franklins for your services. With conveyancing, I was looking for diligence and thoroughness over speed and cost.

I thought the service was very poor. We had to repeatedly chase Franklins for updates and to prompt action. Communication was very slow and of poor quality. Overall professionalism seemed lacking, even spelling names wrong.
