Always very happy

Have had franklins do two sales and purchases now through Candice Spencer’s team, both sales haven’t been easy to get over the line both have had complex issues surrounding mortgage requirements and hit many stumbling blocks over the course of both purchase/sales however team at franklins are extremely proactive and on the ball and have on both occasions highlighted just how important it is to have a decent solicitor on the case, also particular mention to brook winnett on the team who has been extremely helpful and dealt with a couple 11th hour issues with precision, professionalism and a no nonsesne attitude that made what could of been a sale fall through into a completion on target

As a first time house buyer/mover I felt as though Frankins were guiding me at all times throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and they were always happy to answer any questions that I had. I'd use them again if i ever decide to move house (but doubt that I'll be choosing to for a while).

Excellent service and communication from the team in Conveyancing from initial contact until the final message to confirm the completion of sale. Franklins also did the necessary paperwork on the purchase of our property and again everything went extremely smoothly. Communication was brilliant and on any occasion where we had to phone or visit the reception staff were exceptional , friendly, understanding and courteous.
I have engaged Franklins solicitors for other situations over time and would have no hesitation in recommending for whatever issues you may have. 5* service.

Recently used to help me with a settlement agreement with my employer. I was introduced to Sara, and her supporting team who were very supportive.
I was offered to do my run-through of the agreement with Sara in person or via teams, I chose to have a face to face meeting. I found Sara, friendly, empathetic and supportive throughout the processes and made sure I thoroughly understood the agreement and what I should expect. She took control of the discussion with my employer and kept me up to date with regular emails. The whole process was very stress free thanks to her and her teams support.

ESTATE AGENTS & HOME BUYERS / SELLERS AVOID.
As an estate agent who has passed over a LOT of business, we have consistently been let down by Franklins over the past few months who are just not interested in the work anymore... and it shows.
ALL staff are RUDE & extremely unprofessional. If you are after an update then expect a defensive & dismissive reply after DAYS of waiting. Want to speak to your case handler? They’re too busy or in meetings unless you make a fuss and they all of a sudden are available...
Lee Holmes hides behind his computer and won’t bother to lift a finger if you ask for help.
Emma will show you how unimportant you are as a client and that her priorities are elsewhere.
Sharon Grists team are pretty non existent and will begrudgingly give you an update after blaming everyone else in the transaction.
From here on we are taking our business to another firm, who actually want it.
