Always very happy

Please think twice before you choose them!!!! No communication whatsoever and when you chase them nobody knows anything. Not to mention the actual solicitor dealing with the case will never be bothered to have a conversation with you! Because of their miscommunication we were not aware of any issues or delays and the builder sent us a letter that the house we are buying will be re marketed if the exchange of contracts does not happen on deadline. They promise emails back or phone calls and never happens! We thought the process will be stress free choosing them and all we got is sleepless nights and stress. No respect towards clients.

This is a review of the work of Maya Butt and her colleague Lydia. They handled the purchase of our property - we are moving away from Milton Keynes. Maya and Lydia were thoroughly professional. Maya answered queries quickly, explained points which were not immediately clear, and pointed out issues for further inquiry. She solved minor problems arising from other parties.
