Very shoddy and poor service
0 Star Review! A very shoddy solicitor, they dumped us as clients via email, leaving us feeling like we had just experienced a bad Tinder date gone wrong and I don't recommend this solicitors.
While navigating the intricate process of selling our house in Norwich through Clapham and Collinge, we encountered an unexpected and disappointing turn of events. Despite the initial expectation of good service and an enticing NHS discount, our journey took an unfortunate detour.
After investing time in paperwork, multiple office visits, and initiating the selling process with our buyer, a conflict of interest surfaced. Regrettably, instead of a proactive and transparent conversation on the phone, Clapham and Collinge chose to terminate our association via a single email, leaving us feeling neglected and undervalued.
The termination of our client-solicitor relationship, as they opted to represent our home buyer instead of us, felt reminiscent of a failed Tinder date—dumped by email—rather than the professional and reliable service we anticipated by professionals. The absence of a personal touch, such as a phone call for clarification or discussion, left us disheartened. They dumped us in one email and this type of service couldn't be any higher than 0 star.
In search of a more dependable partner, we transitioned to Fosters Solicitors, who not only provide a superior service but also understand the significance of maintaining open communication. Unlike our previous experience, Fosters Solicitors prioritise client relationships and refrain from terminating them via impersonal emails. Our regrettable encounter on this occasion with Clapham and Collinge only emphasised the importance of choosing a legal partner who values client communication and professionalism.
